OUR TEAM

Jay Carroll
Co-Founder/Director

Jay is the storyteller.  He brings a rare combination of creative vision and technical expertise. He has a wide range of experience in the public and private sectors, having acted as director, lead producer, post production supervisor and campaign manager for a diverse client base that includes Omnicom Agencies, GEICO and the US Congress. Jay is as comfortable shooting solo as managing large crews and budgets, and brings the same exacting standards to each project regardless of size. He believes that being innovative while rooted in tradition, having a tireless work ethic and being hands-on in all phases of production are the keys to leading a successful project.

Riqui (Quito) Saez
Co-Founder/Executive Producer

Quito is the entrepreneur. He manages the overall strategy of Hi.Go. and its diverse portfolio of clients. He works closely with clients to help tell their stories in a way that activates results from their target audience. In addition to his leadership role at Hi.Go., Quito is a Managing Partner & Chief Operating Officer of OMNITRU LLC, a strategic consulting firm that manages a broad portfolio of companies in the Technology, Media & Telecommunication (TMT), Defense & Security and Aerospace sectors. Prior to co-founding both Hi.Go. and OMNITRU, Quito practiced law in the DC metro area, where he served as outside general counsel to a number of high-growth technology firms. Before entering the practice of law he worked as a business analyst and served on two political staffs.

Tania Saez
Senior Producer

Tania is the organizer. Prior to joining Hi.Go. she worked the halls of many venues as a conference director. She has extensive experience coordinating on-site logistics for a variety of events and shoots. She has managed multi-day events of over 2,000 participants from beginning to end including site selection, contracting, talent management, vendor management, marketing, media support, catering, etc. On set she has a positive attitude that is unmatchable while leading the team and making sure everyone, and everything, is where they are supposed to be, when they are supposed to be there and doing what they are supposed to do.

JP White
Chief Technology Officer

JP is the guru. He is a technology professional with over 10 years of experience in a wide variety of enterprise technologies, system and software architecture, graphic design, web development and digital media. He has done everything from managing desktop support programs, server administration, network implementation, data center infrastructure design and support, software architecture, to his passions… creative digital design & production and photography. He has spent the better part of his career working to improve business processes, data quality, and reduce cost through the use of technology and automation. JP now brings this technical acumen and a wealth of creative thought to Hi.Go., where he leads our technology initiatives.


OUR CREW

Hi.Go. has a tight knit network of diverse talents accomplished in Cinema, Television and Advertising in the Mid-Atlantic, Los Angeles and southern Florida. Our core group got their start in Baltimore, Washington DC and NY on such programming as the Wire, Homicide, West Wing, and in advertising for the NFL and Under Armour.  The team has worked together on multiple sets over the past years for large budget feature films, independent films, corporate industrials and documentaries. They apply a high level of professionalism and quality to any project in which they are involved.
